Process:

  1. Definition of the robot typology: Together with the companies' technicians, we define the needs and objectives that the client wants to achieve and determine the most appropriate type of industrial robot for each application, adapting to each manufacturing need.
  2. Design: Our team designs the mechanical elements and electrical systems that are going to be automated to prevent possible failures and adjust the idea to reality as much as possible.
  3. Integration of robots in the line: We analyze factors such as the safety of the workers and the installation itself, which will determine the location and nature of the different sensors, actuators and the robots themselves. The integration of robotics with artificial vision cameras has made it possible to increase the productivity of manufacturing lines.
  4. Programming and verification: Programming plays a fundamental role: Clean, debugged and correctly documented code. Once the safety parameters have been verified, we verify that the conditions and commitments acquired in the design phase are met. On the other hand, remote communication of the systems will allow us efficient supervision of the lines and the correction and adjustment of parameters in a simple way.
  5. Functional tests: We undergo a testing program through which we can carefully detect the operation of each component of the installation.
  6. Start-up: We make the final adjustments to your facilities and proceed to start-up, delivering a manual for operation, programming, maintenance, diagrams and certificates.
